DR-BOB is Helping to Keep Our Lights On
Dr. Tracey Crosbie (Teesside University - Research Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Energy Reduction)
DR-BOB stands for Demand Response in Blocks of Buildings. It is a project developing an ICT solution which will help keep our lights on, integrate renewables into our energy systems and reduce both the cost of energy and CO2 emissions. The project is coordinated by Teesside University. It is funded by the European Commission and involves ten partners that are piloting the DR-BOB solution in four countries. Dr. Tracey Crosbie will tell us more about the project and the piloting of the DR-BOB solution at Teesside University Campus.
