You have very likely heard about radiotherapy as a cancer treatment, but do you know how it works? What happens when it stops working? And what can be done to overcome this? This is a story that starts with damage to DNA and cell death (or lack of!) and ends up with new treatment approaches and using AI to improve patient treatment.
