Do you like your beer? If you do, why? Dr. Jibin He - a food chemist who tried beer in his youth but cannot tolerate it, went on a quest to find out why so many people like this bitter foamy drink. In the end, he found that the people are right to like beer, the problem was…he is alcohol intolerant! The good thing is that he learnt a thing or two along the way, so today he will take you for a deep (but short) dive into the science behind the flavour of beer. We shall raise a pint of beer in his effort and his agony of having to cope with non-alcoholic drinks.
