Professor Andrew Dick (Director of UCL Institute of Ophthalmology and Co-director of the NIHR Moorfields Biomedical Research Centre)

Andrew will be speaking on his seriously specialist subject, the Human Eye. Covering the evolution of the eye, the importance of eye health to every single person and future innovations in eye health care. We discover the eye’s unique status in the body's systems.

I spy in your little eye - what the eye can show us about the whole body

Dr Colin Chu (Principal Investigator at UCL Institute of Ophthalmology and Honorary Consultant Ophthalmologist at Moorfields Eye Hospital)

Colin will guide us through the eye into the body and speak on the ways the eye can tell us about our overall health. Developments and research into three converging fields present us with the possibility of a truly different future. Does the future hold being able to go for an eye test and getting a full health check?
