In this talk, Dr Mary Ni Lochlainn explores the evolving science of nutrition and the gut microbiome in ageing, highlighting how targeted dietary strategies may help modulate the microbiome to reduce or prevent age-associated health challenges and promote healthier, longer lives.

Rosie Nevil is a young award-winning chef from Cornwall who graduated from the Michael Caines Academy. She was a chef at Inver, a multi-award winning restaurant including the only Michelin Green Star award in Scotland (2023). Most recently, she has been foraging in the highlands.
