Dr Hilary Hamnett (Senior Lecturer in Forensic Science)

This talk explains how alcohol and drugs can affect driving and where drink-drive limits come from. It will explore what effect the new limits have had on road deaths, and how frequently alcohol and/or drugs were found in these cases before and after the limit change in both countries.
