My talk aims to look at Loggerhead sea turtles (Caretta caretta) – covering status in the wild, threats and conservation efforts, husbandry care in aquariums, and training.

Cheers! Is there a biofuel in my glass?

It’s hard to imagine that something as ordinary as beer could become a second generation biofuel. This talk will outline the potential challenges of how biomass, a source of energy from organic matter, is converted into next generation biofuels and what this means for our planet and our fuel.
