We are living in a highly changing society nowadays. It is sometimes confusing and stressful. To help people cope with such situations, scientists are trying to find more ways to improve our mental health and understand the science behind our choices and behaviours. In this event, we will share with you the latest research results in mental heath and behaviour, to help you understand your minds better, and how to take care of yourselves.

However, this talk will explore the current research projects that one of England’s largest and most prominent NHS mental health research delivery teams are conducting and how it can positively impact a patient’s recovery journey. Come and explore the opportunities that we provide to patients. See how a research project can change the way we deliver care within the NHS.
