In a world of constant motion and change, wellbeing and compassion need to remain a priority for everyone to flourish and succeed. However, designing systems with the individual experience in mind is highly complex, and therefore it is common to fall back onto the ‘one-size-fits-all’ mentality. This night, we have two doctoral researchers and one lecturer sharing their impact and plans on redesigning systems with agency at its centre.
