Coffee and diabetes - is one affecting the other?

Most of us love a cup of coffee – but how does it really affect us? Studies suggest that coffee can help protecting us from developing type 2 diabetes but this is not because of the caffeine shot you get. So what is it? In this talk I will consider what else we expose our bodies to when we drink coffee and how these ingredients might help us deal with changes in blood glucose more efficiently.
