But thanks to advances in digital health, we’re now using remote monitoring tools from wearable devices and mobile apps to smart sensors and AI to track symptoms, medications, sleep, and even mental wellbeing from home.
In this talk, we’ll explore how these technologies are changing the way we care for people with chronic conditions making care more personal, timely, and even predictive.
