Personality is an inherent and personal characteristic of people. With the help of algorithms, personality traits can now be accurately predicted from people's digital footprints. This talk showcases scenarios where technology has knowledge about users' personalities and can improve users’ digital experiences, ranging from better music recommendations to smoother human-AI interactions.
Personality disorders: still a diagnosis of exclusion

Twenty years after the publication of the “No longer a diagnosis of exclusion” guidance on care for people with a “personality disorder”, large impediments, including stigmatising attitudes among professionals, unfortunately remain to equitable and just treatment. Sonia Johnson will give a researcher’s view on the relevant evidence and how we could move forward.
