Together for the climate
Rebecca Kinge
(Director at the Southampton Climate Action Network)
Isn’t it time we accelerated action on climate and nature? This is a talk about the work of Southampton Climate Action Network, the range of projects that are happening locally (that you might never have heard about) and a discussion on getting more people involved.
Whilst all of us can make a small difference in terms of our carbon emissions and our impact on eco-systems, together we can come together for larger change. How do we start to make a change? How do we do this in an inclusive way? How can we work together to have a stronger voice? How do we influence those with the most power? How do we collaborate better across sectors and interests? How can we influence policy and spending? Join us for this talk alongside your pint.
