I'm a science communicator with a PhD in chemistry and City Coordinator for Pint of Science in Norwich with Cansu. I currently work as a public engagement officer at the Earlham Institute and previously worked on Norwich Science Festival. I also do gymnastics and love reading!

I’m a PhD student at the Earlham Institute in Norwich studying the genomics of endangered species and also one of the City Coordinators for Pint of Science this year. I’m passionate about science communication and I love getting local researchers to the pub to talk about science.

I am a PhD student at the Quadram Institute studying the evolution of antimicrobial resistance in bacteria, and I am passionate about making science more accessible to the public. Outside of science, I love music and currently play in a concert band as well as sing in a choir.

I’m a BBSRC Discovery Fellow at the John Innes Centre, holding a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. My research explores how soil bacteria can be engineered to fertilise crop plants. Besides work, I love spending time with family and friends.

I am the manager for the Food Safety Research Network at the Quadram Institute. We help researchers and food businesses work together to make food safer for consumers. Outside work, I like doing sport (mostly rowing and triathlon) and experimenting in the kitchen!
